Back-end Developer (Mission Control & Data Management)

Minimum Hours per Week
This team member will be responsible for the data handling and mission control software architecture. You will be working within the Ground Segment division, which is a small passionate, and committed sub-team of more or less five people. Working within the IGLUNA campaign, you will gain experience with end-to-end mission design, but also software development and testing. You will collaborate and learn from leaders in space exploration and space technology, like the European Space Agency (ESA) and the Swiss center of innovation in space (Space Innovation).
Preferred Education and Experience
- Minimum education level: 2nd year bachelor student at University or HBO
- Knowledge of back-end coding languages (e.g. Python, C++, …)
- Knowledge of Unix systems is an asset
